TIPS ON USING THE ONE DAY AT A TIME PLANNER

This Design a Life You Love Weekly Planner is undated. Therefore, you won’t have to buy a new planner each year. Use this one-time purchase as your go to planner to design your weeks year after year. It really is perfect :).

Of course you can print the planner out on your home printer, but another great option is to have it printed at your local office supply store. I know with Staples you can send the file over to them via their online site and then pick it up later that day. I used their Same Day Pickup/ Simple Print option. If you didn’t want to use a binder you could choose a heavier paper to give those pages a little bit of extra sturdiness.

You could also have the office supply store bind the planner for you in a booklet form.

I use an inexpensive ½” 3-ring binder so sheets can be added and removed at will.

You can set your printer settings to adjust the size of the planner as well.

NOTE:

This is a Digital PDF that you can print out either at home or your local office supply store. No physical product will be sent.

I don’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The Beauty of a Weekly Meal Planner

Are you new to meal planning? Or looking for a good plan to try? You may be asking yourself, “Why should I meal plan?” Well, the beauty of a weekly meal planner for me are its benefits that make my life a whole lot easier.

1. Time Management- Meal planning saves you time.

Doing work at the start of the week saves a ton of time throughout the week. Imagine dinner only needing to be thrown into the oven, or in the crockpot?

By doing a tiny amount of meal planning and prep now it will save you so much time later. More time to do things you love.

2. Less stress

Imagine a life in which you are never at a loss on what to fix for dinner. And, that moment when those precious kiddos say, “Mom, I’m hungry!”.

You are prepared, have a plan and dinner is well on it’s way to being done.

Sounds pretty amazing right?

Once you start meal planning for the week you may be shocked at how much your stress level decreases. It really is a game changer!

3. Meal planning is a money saver.

Think about it. By having a weekly meal plan, you are eliminating impulse shopping. And, also those last minute drive thru runs and pizza delivery orders.

This can save you a ton of money. Especially if your family eats out a lot.

4. Meal planning is healthier.

By eliminating all the drive thru visits, and last minute pizza orders you will definitely be eating healthier.

You’ll be making real food with actual nutritional value for your family.

5. Meal planning allows for variety, so you’re not eating spaghetti every night of the week. How many of us run out of ideas and then spend hours getting lost on Pinterest trying to find new meals? Or is that just me?

This Weekly Meal Planner is the ultimate planner for meal planning and organization. And better yet, it’s undated. Therefore, you won’t have to buy a new planner. Use this one-time purchase as your go to planner to organize your meal planning year after year. It really is perfect :).

Designing a Life You Love One Day at a Time

Designing a life you love requires focus and organization. Staying organized is more about consistency in small things than anything else. If you consistently do small things to keep your life organized, it will make a big difference in how your day, week, month, year and life goes.

The same goes with designing a life you love, one day at a time. Baby steps. Consistency. Focusing on daily small steps. I always envision my day the night before, and decide what the next small steps are for the upcoming day, that will lead me to my goals, and I focus on that day’s steps.

Designing a life you love one day at a time, and those small steps you consistently take daily, will turn into a life you love.

A great tool to help you design a LIFE you love is a tool that helps you design a DAY you love. Designing one day at a time that you love will lead to ultimately designing a life that you love.

The One Day at a Time Planner is more than an organizer. It helps you achieve your dreams in small steps. It helps you stay focused on small things that are important and helps you re-align and stay focused when distractions try to take over.

Simple Cheap Kitchen Organization Tips

From saving time, energy and money to keeping up with your organization, and to making your kitchen look nicer, it is well worth the effort to get your kitchen organized. Here are a few simple, cheap kitchen organization tips to get you started.

A messy cluttered unorganized kitchen is stressful. Life feels more chaotic to me when there’s a lot of clutter.

And it’s so frustrating when I go to the store and buy something only to find I already had the item buried behind or under something.

My kitchen organization is pretty simple and inexpensive. That being said, some people do an amazing job of organizing their pantry, with jars that have labels and beautiful baskets or containers. It’s pretty cool I will admit. But if you want to just take a few baby steps in your kitchen organization keep reading.

In today’s world, there are so many different storage options. It does not matter the size of your kitchen, organizing is easy! There are tons of different products out there to help organize your space to help keep it clutter-free!

A clearly labelled plain old cardboard box does the trick sometimes and doesn’t cost anything.

Simple Cheap Kitchen Organization Tips

Clothespins kept neatly in a glass for closing bags or packaged materials after opening is a simple cheap kitchen organization tip.

We all have those miscellaneous items but why not organize them neatly all lined up in the same direction to easily see what and where an item is, as opposed to having them in all directions.

Simple Cheap Kitchen Organization Tips

Instead of putting plates higher up in an overhead cupboard, storing them in a drawer at waist level makes it convenient for families with younger children to access dishes for themselves.

An in the sink dish rack saves me counter space and looks great.

Warmly,

Classy and Convenient Recycling

I want to share a simple, classy and convenient recycling idea with you today. This is about home organization that adds beauty and makes life a bit easier. Organizing your recycing can have a stylish look to it and not just be about the recycling bins in the garage. A lot of the things I recycle on a daily basis come from the kitchen area of my home. So by having a stylish cabinet in my kitchen area that holds material for recycling doesn’t take away from the beauty of my home and also offers convenience.

I don’t have to make a trip to the garage where the city recycle bin is every time I have something to put in it. I put my things for recycling in the cabinet in the kitchen and then every few days or so take it to the recycle bin.

The city where I live collects recycling material every two weeks, so it definitely accumulates in that time. We also use the cabinet as a place to hold bottles and cans that we take to the bottle depot. I really like the idea of putting a cabinet in the kitchen for its ease of access in the most used room of our home.

Classy and Convenient Recycling

When the boxes are full in the cabinet, we empty them in to the recycle bin in the garage or a larger bag for the bottles to take to the bottle depot. Our city provides one large recycle bin that most recycleable material goes in. Some people have a recycling station set up in their garage or another area using several bins.

How do you like to organize your recycling? If you find my posts at all helpful, I do appreciate you taking the time to share my posts or follow my account. I hope you found my post on Classy and Convenient recycling inspiring.

Homemade Lemon Rosemary Vinegar Cleaner

Are you looking for an all-natural homemade all-purpose cleaner? This diy homemade lemon rosemary vinegar cleaner is inexpensive, easy, environmentally friendly, and leaves a light spring-like fresh scent you’ll love!

For this recipe I use white vinegar, lemon slices and fresh rosemary. I clean with vinegar all the time. I use it it for everyday cleaning for sinks, countertops, exterior surfaces of toilets and more. By infusing lemons and herbs into the vinegar it helps reduce (not completely eliminate) the smell of the vinegar while leaving a lovely fresh scent.

*Important note: Do not use vinegar on granite countertops as the acidity can damage the seal.

Homemade Lemon Rosemary Vinegar Cleaner

Ingredients:

1 -32 ounce mason jar

3 lemons

3-4 sprigs of fresh rosemary

White vinegar

Small spray bottle

Instructions:

Slice your lemons into thick slices and add them with the rosemary to the mason jar and fill to the top with the vinegar. Put on the lid and let sit for 10-14 days.

How to Use Vinegar to Clean

When you’re ready to use the infused vinegar, fill a small spray bottle half-full with the vinegar mixture(leaving the lemon slices and rosemary in the jar). Then add an equal amount of water to your spray bottle, filling it to the top. You won’t use all the vinegar solution at one time, so just leave it to marinate longer until you’ve used up what’s in your spray bottle.

Discard your vinegar solution after one month to keep it from spoiling.

There you have it! A fresh spring-like scent, all purpose natural cleaner.

When our kids were being taught to help out around the house, not one of them did a happy dance when being told it was their turn to clean the bathroom. To tell you the truth, I’m not excited when it’s my turn either! But everyone has to do things they don’t like.

Here are some easy bathroom cleaning hacks to make your bathroom cleaning easier and give you the motivation to do it.

If you have a shower curtain, throw the shower curtain and liner in the wash(read the washing instructions on the label first). Hang back up in the shower to dry

Have all your cleaning supplies in a container in the bathroom under the sink; this saves you from having to gather all your supplies together every time. They’re all there, ready to go. This is what I have in my bathroom cleaning kit: paper towels(for cleaning the outside of the toilet), 2 cleaning cloths(one for the mirror, one for the counters, shower walls and bathtub edges, a scrubbing brush for the inside of the bathtub and shower floor(not in picture), vinegar-water solution, gloves, Vim(for cleaning the shower floor and interior bathtub , toilet bowl cleaner, and a toothbrush for cleaning hard to get to, stuck-on areas around the taps.

Easy Bathroom Cleaning Hacks

Having a bathroom cleaning kit not only saves me time from getting all the supplies together, it motivates me to start cleaning because it’s ready to go.

Line your garbage can with a plastic bag. Then you’re not having to deal with dirty garbage cans. Keep extra bags in the bottom of the can, under the current bag being used, so when you take out the full bag, there’s another one right there for you.

Keep a rag or paper towels in your bathroom cleaning kit to wipe off splatters on the mirror right after they happen through the week.

I try to use natural, chemical-free cleaners as much as possible. natural-water solution makes an excellent and economical all-purpose cleaner. I use it for the sink, mirror, counter tops, shower walls, toilet exterior and bathroom floor. I mix equal amounts of white vinegar and water and keep it in a spray bottle.

Pick the same day each week to clean the bathroom. It’s much faster and easier cleaning a bathroom that’s cleaned regularly than one that hasn’t been cleaned for weeks on end.

Take a moment when you’ve finished cleaning to look around and admire your work. It’s a pleasure walking into a clean bathroom!

Easy Bathroom Cleaning Hacks

My teenage daughter jokingly likes to say her number one bathroom cleaning hack is “Get Mom to do it.”
